Serious quality early picked Semillon showing lovely lean minerality has provided the key building blocks here to a wonderful foodies wine that tempers the youthful blush of tightly packed lemon and grassiness with some punchy enthusiastic Savvy displaying all the herbaceous charcters you would expect. Structurally solidified with the Hunter Valley Semillon this wine is slightly lower in alcohol and just sublime with Oysters, Thai chicken curries and all sorts of wonderful medium weight dishes.
