A brilliant, clear, pale straw green colour is enticing from the get go. Typical Marlborough Sauvignon aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit and ripe gooseberry with a hint of stealy flint as backbone wrapped up with an intriguing mouth lingering & lovable complexity.
The palate is exactly what you would expect, with fresh aromatics, full of racy vigour. Flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry, melon and grapefruit are balanced by lime acidity and good fruit sweetness that rounds it out nicely. The palate is well structured and tapers to a very sessionable long, lingering finish.
