This is a great example of Aussie pinot done right. A blend of fruit sourced from De Bortoli's vineyards, this is an elegant pinot with great depth. Built around a core of rich dark cherry flavour, some nice delicate sweet strawberry notes and the required Burgundian forrest floor notes are on offer. Earthy hints and undertones of savoury spice add complexity to the palate with a lovely mid weight that lingers longer and perfectly lasts the full mile.

Perfect to enjoy alongside my favourite Chicken stroganoff, roast duck, or perhaps with your next cured meats antipasto dish!
