Geoff Hardy Hand Crafted Viognier 2009 |
| |
This Viognier (Vee-on-Yay) is produced from vines grown in the iconic South Australian wine regions of Langhorne Creek with long hours of clear sunlight and cooling afternoon lake breezes. This region is becoming known for it’s ability to produce fantastic examples of this varietal. Its appearance is light straw with hints of green and the nose offers honey baked pears, peaches and citrus rinds mingled with Chinese spices and wild flowers. The palate delivers a lush, smooth and silky mouth feel along with a fine acidity leaving a lasting impression. Try it with your favourite Thai curry and coconut steamed rice.
