The nose is soft, gently aromatic and up-front with gooseberry and tropical fruits entwined with delicate herbal elements and suggestions of yellow capsicums and florals. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours of juicy gooseberries and tropical fruits are open and accessible. Subtle herbal and floral elements unfold from the heart. The mouthfeel is lively and zesty with bright acidity, and the wine flows along a fine, light, grainy-textured line, the phenolics balanced by the fruit sweetness and fresh acid. This is carried by the mouthwatering acidity to a bracing, lingering finish. This is a bright, crisp, mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc with gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours.
