A golden-yellow colour, luminous, bright and transparent . The nose is marked by notes of box tree and citrus fruits (lemons), and expresses its terroir well. This is a rich, balanced wine that is particularly appreciated for its fullness and long-lasting finish. Terroir: Predominantly Kimmeridgian marl, pebbly on the surface with a clay subsoil, in the commune of Saint Laurent l'Abbaye. A wonderful match for seafood and fish (such as sole, salmon, trout or lobster), gourmet salads and foie gras. It can also be served as an aperitif.
