With an emphasis on pinot noir, this wine is fruity, daring, spontaneous, and seductive in character. A tender structure on the mid palate is followed by a fresh and supple finish. Looking for a special sparkling wine to celebrate in the early afternoons or specifically a beautiful combo with Asian dishes , chilli and spice this will do rather nicely thanks Jeeve's!
