  Kuku Pinot Noir 2014

This one's for the fans, for lovers of lively, fruit focussed Pinot Noir. Made from prime Marlborough grapes is both refreshing yet well constructed and sophisticated. With a surprisingly subtle aroma of freshly cut roses, typical cherry and red berry flavours are propped up by flawlessly smooth acids and tannins. The resulting finish is one long easy coast to the finish line.

Kuku Pinot Noir is a fresh, lively, and inviting Pinot Noir from the Marlborough region. An intensely varietal wine with a delightful nose showing dark berry fruits, cherries, and some spicy oak in the background. The luscious fruit is complemented by silky tannins and bright acidity.

Hand-picked grapes, which were then hand selected as it ran over our sorting table in the winery, help to give this wine the velvety texture that makes Pinot Noir stand out as a seriously sensual variety.

A wine made to encapsulate the combination of this lively variety and the way that it expresses itself so well in this cool valley of ours. A modern wine to suit the foods we eat and the way we live.
