This GOLD medal winning producer has produced this for our clubs around Australia and it is no Understudy to any premium Cabernet around. No second fiddle, this Cabernet is a stylistic icon and is traditionally vinefied before maturation in French and American Oak, with a view to immediate drink ability. Although this wine will undoubtedly cellar well, as have previous vintages, like all great Understudy’s 2011 won’t like to be kept waiting in the wings for too long before they perform.
