This wine is a big, juicy statement from a terrific wine growing region, where you can expect wines, especially Cabernet Sauvignon, to exceed expectations. You will be immediately captivated by dark lifted berry fruits, some well-infused oak, and a lovely dark red colour. The wine is at first well developed and carries some excellent weight on the way through but there is a second explosion of character as the dark fruits meld together and provide a really wonderful intoxicating ripe Cabernet with the fruit, acid and oak marry together as beautifully as a seductive siren, calling you to sip again and again.
Obviously from a vintage with good sun and coaxing maritime microclimate you really are going to be enjoying a superb Cabernet here and one that will continue to develop with some cellaring.
