Te Kairanga 'Runholder' Pinot Noir 2007 |
| |
Rich ruby red. Aromas of cherries, plums and spice. Silky tannins with excellent balance. Aromas of blackcurrant. Black cherry and dark plum dominate with a hint of black pepper character. Underlying spicy, liquorice complexity is already evident at this early age.
Palate: Classic sweet fruit dominates giving a big, textured, and concentrated palate with persistence and length. Silky tannin structure and subtle oak treatment complement the rich fruit; a beautifully integrated and balanced wine.
