Its a beautiful Rhone blend Old-World style wine. Svelte, mid-weight, seductive and sensory without all the big in your face attitude often seen from Barossa Shiraz alone. This gorgeous wine flows like the Amazon River in nice and easy swirls of colour and power all the way to the bottom of the glass. Winemaking with good fruit shows truly excellent results in this wine. Perfect dark fruit, brambly blackberries and earthy aromatics all combine to provide a full brace of powerful intensity at the start.

The depth in glass of dark crimson is then enhanced with a wine that begs to roll over if you just place it alongside some new season lamb chops; Frenched, with lemon juice and green beans. Simple, elegant, sophisticated and moreish - you will want more, often, so please be quick.
