Wine Maker Mark Summerfield has taken hand picked Moonambel Shiraz and produced some very impressive wines all worked by hand with open vat fermentation, hand-plunging and excellent Oak treatment. Impressive deep purple -red, rich luxuriant blackcurrant and black stone fruit with some very captivating savoury and spice textures to engage you. I have to defer to the winemaker here as I adore this wonderful full style of impressive Shiraz fruit that literally leaves you begging for more.
