Bennett’s Lane is an exciting Australian Sparkling wine, ideal for any occasion. Carefully blended and matured to produce a wine rich with fruit yet is fresh and crisp. Displays colours of pale straw with a greenish tinge. Aromas are fresh and vinous with a hint of butter and green apples. Presents a palate which is crisp and zesty with a vigorous bead, the palate is mouth filling and fruity. Grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wonderful sparkling is great served chilled as an aperitif, or to accompany shellfish and lighter Mediterranean inspired dishes.
