The perfect blend of 75%Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. The bubbles are delicate and fine, with a creamy mousse that slowly recedes and allows the bubbles to rise to the top of the light, gold tinged liquid.

The nose offers mild biscuit-like notes with doughy yeast. This is supported by gentle honeysuckle, gentle florals and a touch of gooseberry intertwining luxuriously in the background.

The palate is soft and the bubbles are sharp and crisp. The flavours are predominately of honeysuckle and yeast, with a touch of strawberry and ripe gooseberry. The finish is dry, with lingering acidity that is tantalising and fresh.
