The Ingram Rd NV sparkling Brut is made in the blanc de blanc style. All hand picked, all hand crafted at Helen’s Hill Estate following traditional wine making methods, seriously made wine.

The rolling hills of the Yarra Valley are as picturesque as it gets in Melbourne with a beautifully complex climate of generally cold winters and warm to hot summers Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is what exiles here.

Light straw in colour with flints of green throughout, the aromas are of lemon zest and that comes through on the palate with other delicate citrus fruits. It delivers freshness and elegance on the palate with defined acidity, light yeast characters and a creamy texture.
