A lovely pale gold in colour with an abundance of delicate bubbles. A floral, fruity nose with a subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apple, almonds and hazelnut. The palate has a fresh opening and is smooth, pleasant and balanced. An elegant wine suitable for drinking as an aperitif or for accompanying an entire meal.
This French sparkling is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier.
Try it with lobster and cream sauce, sole with morel mushrooms or chicken brochettes with citronella.
