This is a wonderful Champagne, that is cheeky as it is elegant. The blush in the glass is accompanied with slightly golden, if not, brassy highlights that lends itself to be a perfect pre-dinner drink.

The nose has a bouquet of strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a yeasty under currant that is impressive. The palate provides an insight to a sparkling that is well balanced with the fruits coming alive, and the yeast swirling around, intertwining, with the fruit. The finish is lingering with fine bubbles and biscuit, it is essentially dry and savoury. You can tell the grapes are quality here, and the package is well crafted.
