If you're serious about Cognac than this is for you!
Endowed with a length and with an outstanding concentration, this Raw(Gross) cognac of Barrel (no-reduced) reserved for the amateurs, lost its degree in the course of time.
Eye: magnificent very thoroughbred spirit in the amber dress and in the reflections slightly orangy.
Nose: bewitching of a rare complexity of aromas which come to light, become blurred and are unlimitedly renewed.
The site of the property, close to La Rochelle, is the result of a strategic choice in the 19th century. At this time, the city of La Rochelle was the major export harbour for Cognac, both located on the coast and on the rail network. This exceptional site offers the perfect ageing for Cognac with a very natural regulation of hygrometry and temperature. In these cellars there are only cognacs from Grande and Petite Champagne.
