From the Winery
Block 50 is the most coveted block of vines in the Cumulus Estate vineyard. These mature plantings have played a major role in establishing Orange as a world class wine region. Sustainable viticultural practices in the vineyard have allowed the vines to naturally thrive, producing fruit with incredible depth and pure varietal character.
Following pressing the juice was cool fermented. Post ferment the wine was left on yeast lees and stirred fortnightly for 6 months resulting in the creamy, soft mouthfeel of the wine. Once this process was complete, the wine was blended, then clarified & stabilised for bottling.
