A well developed and sumptuous Chardonnay with peach, spice and pear on the nose and then opens up to full throttle on the palate with a lengthy and layered balanced fruit base that begs to be thought about and then consumed again to be sure you are correct.

This is beguiling and very tasty. Perfect acid and fruit balance, serious oak that combines well but does not dominate to maximise careful wine making. A selection of barrels used with some malolactic fermentation make this a lovely drinking Chardonnay; not too big but just right.
