This wine is fresh and lively, with beautiful baked pastry and peachy characteristics. The toasty oak and light buttery essence adds to the wonderful aroma. This chardonnay produces a clean dry finish with gentle acidity.

The wine is fermented and matured in French oak, and taken through mlf, the latter adding another dimension to the flavour and texture. It's a swings and roundabouts question, for one word you would not us to describe the wine is finesse. Tasted soon after bottling and may settle down."
