A very bright nose, strongly infused with passionfruit. On the palate, the energy of the wine is juxtaposed against a very creamy, expansive palate. A surge of concentrated fruit relaxes all the way through the long lingering finish. An amazingly versatile wine with food, its strength is that it combines fullness of structure with pleasing aromatics. We have consistently found our Pinot Gris cellar well between 5-8 years.
