The wine is a pale straw colour with an olive hue. The wine smacks the nose with salty, citrus, lime and white petal flowers. As the wine opens up the aromatics evolve to pear, grapefruit and green apple,
these notes also follow through to the palate. The palate is fresh and soft with pears and grape fruits the prominent flavours. The palate has nice structured acidity and persistent length.
