  Bortoluzzi Sauvignon 2009
 
 
Bortoluzzi Pinot Grigio.gif
   A slightly straw yellow coloured wine with greenish reflections. Its scent immediately gives off hints of peppers, fresh fruits and sage that make it refined. It is full-bodied on the palate, fresh, embracing and it has complex varietal sensations. Serving temperature: 12-14°C.

Bortoluzzi was founded in 1982 thanks to the tenacity and obstinacy of Giovanni Bortoluzzi, a wine specialist who obtained his formal training at the Oenology School of Conegliano Veneto and who spent some time working within large companies and later on as a technical consultant, acquiring the essential experience necessary to create the company from nothing.

While strolling through the rows of vines, near the company headquarters you immediately realise the care that is taken in arranging the plants, the cultivation techniques, the pruning systems and the modern “drop” irrigation technology.
