Rob Diletti is the star winemaker doing great things and still remembers working his first vintage at the winery aged six. Some things must have stuck in the head of the future winemaker as Rob is crafting some amazing wines. Here’s a savvy with an x factor that’s guaranteed to please. It’s a lively nose of tropical fruits and a touch of herbaceousness. It’s all about texture with vibrant grapefruit, firm acids and a crisp, long finish. Basically just YUM!
