2007 vintage saw yields lower than normal in the Adelaide Hills due to the drought that was felt across South Australia. The grapes were picked in perfect condition in early March. After fermentation, the wine naturally settled then was cold-filtered and bottled. 2007 LuLu Sauvignon Blanc shows classic vibrancy and flavours. The acidity is perfectly harnessed to create a very clean and seriously refreshing style.
