Thoughtful, considered Sauvignon Blanc from one of our favourite producers. Entirely organically produced, cool harvest techniques are also used to ensure fruit intensity and freshness.
Herbaceous and floral on the nose, there are hints of apple. honey, and a twist of lemon. There's a depth of flavour on the palate; melon, gooseberry and guava amongst others at work. Drink with grilled salmon and mango salsa.
