The nose is beautifully ripe and fragrant displaying feijoa, currant and herbaceous characters. It's succulent and full of delicious flavours on the palate with a refreshing mouthfeel and a lingering finish. A fruit-forward and immediately appealing wine with excellent vibrancy. The maritime climate of Martinborough coupled with thoughtful viticultural practices delivers ripe intensely flavoured Sauvignon Blanc. Made from fruit drawn from a number of own and contracted vineyards this wine show the flavours and intensity that can be derived from thoughtful viticultural practices in New Zealand’s maritime climate.
