The quality of the Sauvignon Blanc really shines through here, showing that excellent Savvy can come from places far removed from the grape’s new world mecca in Marlborough. There’s a lovely splash of Semillon in the mix too, keeping everything in check and adding the dry backbone that will make this perfect for weekend luncheons no matter the weather.
