Colour: Very pale straw with a youthful green tint.
Aroma: Lime zest, gooseberry, and grassy Sauvignon Blanc notes integrate perfectly with herbal, lemon citrus and nectarine Semillon characters. Flint, spice and fresh yeast aromas from fermentation contribute complexity.
Palate: Fresh and intensely flavoured with great length. There is a lovely fleshy texture on the front palate with the natural acidity contributing a slatey note before carrying the flavour to a long, dry, tight finish.
