Light, bright, silvery, green in colour, this wine displays aromas of lifted spice, along with some jasmine-like florals. It also shows some lovely and bright fresh-cut lychee fruit on the nose, coupled with refreshing gooseberry, lime and a slight grassiness from the Semillon component.
The palate is very delicate with good sweetness of fruit, persistence and fine, juicy acid.
