This Cabernet Sauvignon/Petit Verdot Sparkling Red has been triple fermented to add body and complexity. Lovely ripe fruit, including raspberries and stewed rhubarb, intermingle with more aged characters (chocolate and cigar-box) on the bouquet and palate. The beautiful aged characters were achieved by a combination of wooded and unwooded wine from a variety of vintages. Perfect with roast pork.Cellar for 2 years.
