Dark bright, bulls blood red with a violet background leads you into the fray here and immediately gains your interest. This is a Sangiovese with power,passion & lip smacking adroit savoury depth and length. Phewww.... A very engaging big wine here folks, a real beauty and a beast.
I looked at this some months ago and knowing the winemaker in question immediatley took the remainder of his stocks in one go. We added just a hint of McLaren vale Shiraz and the result is stunning. I have put this awesome wine under my Professor label to indicate it is a $25 dollar wine everyday of the week.
You of course will pay nothing like that today. You will however have to be quick as we only managed to get a very limited amount of this wine and there won't be any more for over a year , if ever.
