Just about the safest Hands in The Barossa in producing great regional wines that have excellent life, length and are loved all around trhe world. This wine is a little beauty delivering the hallmark Barossa richness and length you would expect, with some bright Raspberry and spice at a price to make the rest of the world weep! DON'Y DELAY! PERFECT STAFF GIFTS AND CHRISTMAS BONUS IDEAS! "Full of bright raspberry fruit, framed by a little spice; juicy, lively and fresh." - James Halliday. This is a great wine for dining, especially if roast duck is on the menu. It features a highly floral nose, with dark plum and berry fruits following. A splash of Touriga Nacional in the blend adds a spicy flavour to the berry flavours too; it is rounded out by a soft tannin earthiness, which is why it goes great with roasts. "It opens with a bit of meaty stink but then up comes the juicy red fruits, cherry and pepper. It’s not deep or complex but nudges away insistently with its fresh and lively character, offering an abundance of flavour and its charming spicy personality as compensation. Nice wine, feels good to drink. Like it a lot. *pat* *pat*." - Gary Walsh.
