Colour: Medium straw with hints of green.
Aroma: A lively, complex wine with white peach, guava and passionfruit flavours combining
with creamy butterscotch flavours from the oak treatment.
Palate: The flavours carry through from the nose to the palate with ripe peach and nectarine
apparent. Background oak flavours of vanilla and butterscotch provide complexity
while an acid backbone provides great structure. The finish is long, soft and
flavoursome.
