Pale, yet bright green hue; minerals, quartz, lemon and green apples all show on the bouquet, offset by a hint of savoury fennel; the palate is linear on entry, walking a fine and dry tightrope of flavour, slowly revealing a generous finish of ripe lemons, racy acidity and a hint of amaro bitterness in the finest of Italian tradition; think savoury and think food for maximum enjoyment.
