"It's a shock to find a really cool, brash wine like this. John Gilbert makes 'em so raw and true to their earth that they are the direct opposite of industrial, even when he blends two hot years together, like this wicked non-vintage rudeness. It's audacious. There's heaps of healthy berry blackness, yet it's fairly slender of texture and viscosity, then it jumps with furry tannin: it's an absolute gem. Pork ribs in plum sauce."

Yes it will Cellar 4 - 6 years but I DARE You!
