Arguably I know, but I do consider this to be one of the best we produce and greta value for money! Champagne in colour with a persistent fine bead and gentle foaming mousse, this exquisite bubbly has a beautiful bouquet of peaches, pears and toasted almond characters. The palate displays an elegant integration of citrus and bread dough, an underlying creamy complexity with exceptional length and lasting flavours.
I particularly enjoy the complexity of this sparkling as it drinks well with or without food and always raises an eyebrow of interest as to "How can they afford French ?"
