I have to admit to loving full strength larger alcohol Unwooded chardonnays that have a captivating rich melon and creamy palate with summer ripe peachy mouthfeel and are driven by a lip smacking quality that keeps you looking for more of the pleasant fresh fruit and persistent flavours. Great length,here after 4 years and I would say reaching close to its best for drinking and perfect with grilled Fish, Thai or aromatic foods such as grilled sword fish and rocket salad.
Nice to see this wine drinking so resolutely with some age and grace. Salute!
