Here is an absolute belter from Brokenwood. Ripe red berries and leafy fruit are rounded off with subtle oak nuances, resulting in an attractive medium bodied red blend that combines easy drinking with a soft tannin finish.
Grab a dozen of these beauties because they are sure to age immaculately well in the short to medium term. Whether for that next BBQ or just cricket in front of the TV, this wine is impossible to go past. The fruit is sourced largely from the mighty McLaren Vale region and as you know by now, Brokenwood will only use the best they can get their hands on. It's a mighty powerful wine of that classic Aussie blend, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, and it maintains it's structure gloriously. Just an absolute triumph at it's price point.
