Nose: Plummy and mocha, sumptuous blackberry, dashes of cinnamon. Humble oak.
Palate: All about the rich dark berries, heaving mocha and silky tannins. A fantastic blend of the two regions.
Fruit for this Professor Shiraz has been selected from premium vineyards in the famous McLaren Vale region of South Australia, and blended with an exceptional portion of Langhorne Creek Shiraz that became available through a stroke of luck that we just had to pass on to you. The winery behind this wine has an exceptional track record for producing award winning Shiraz, and although we can't reveal the name, this regional blend is another winner.
