Rose 2007 - A vibrant fuchsia pink colour with a lightly perfumed nose of crushed strawberries and raspberries and just a hint of musk which follows through onto the fresh and lively palate. I particularly enjoy the abundance of flavour backed up with deeper colour in this vintage along with the enhanced flavour across the palate.

exceptional Value! I love Cabernet with excellent varietal fruit
strengths, showing violets,blackberry, cedar & cassis. the touch of
savoury olive is a wonderful light touch that adds to the densly packed
fruit driven wine. This joint venture between Alister Pubrick(Tahbilk)
and Andrew McPherson normally goes overseas so it is delightful to have
a big stock of this just hit the floor. I hope you enjoy your first sip
, taste and mouthfull as much as I did.

A nice big lick of Cabernet Sauvignon comes in very hany by adding lovely back ground strength for tannin and some well balanced acodity. Aromas and flavours of perfectly ripened plums and wild redcurrants are evident at first, with secondary aromas of delicious dark chocolate and beautiful spice adding intrigue and complexity to the wine. Well-integrated American oak and silky soft tannins help create a supple, smooth wine.
